Thomas J. Healey, CFA
Mr. Healey is the founder and managing partner of Healey Development LLC. Mr. Healey is a founder of Prisma Capital Partners, a $5 billion fund of hedge funds, a founder of the FIA Timber Partners funds, a series of timberland investment funds with over $1 billion of capital commitments, a founder and partner of Anthos Capital, a private equity firm focused on small-capitalization private equity and a founder and partner of Broad Hollow Partners, a private equity boutique focused on the investment management sector. Previously, Mr. Healey was a partner and managing director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he created the Real Estate Capital Markets and Pension Services groups. The Pension Services Group, the first of its kind in Financial Services was focused on assuming relationship management for and coordination of products and services across products and regions to the top 100 leading Pension and Endowment Clients globally. As this platform expanded, Mr. Healey assumed a leadership role in the expansion of Goldman Sachs Asset Management to $400 billion in AUM through his role leading Institutional Marketing. Additionally, Mr. Healey played a key role in product creation in Alternatives and sat on relevant investment committees at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Healey also chaired Goldman Sachs' own Pension Plan and served as Co-CIO of Goldman Sachs' management of the Central States Teamsters Pension Plan. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance under former President Ronald Reagan. Prior to that, he was head of Corporate Finance at Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Healey received a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Healey serves on the Board of Trustees of the Rockefeller Foundation and Georgetown University's College Board of Advisors. He chairs both institutions' Investment Committees. He is also involved with several other non-profit institutions.
John C. Hagerty
Mr. Hagerty is a partner of Healey Development LLC. Mr. Hagerty has been focused on Healey Development's expansion both in its existing business though FIA Timber Partners as well as a range of additional private investment activities, including Anthos Capital, a private equity firm focused on small-capitalization private equity, and Broad Hollow Partners, a private equity boutique focused on the investment management sector, both of which he is a founder and partner. Previously, Mr. Hagerty spent nearly 20 years in a career in Investment Banking with Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch. His area of focus was in Leveraged Finance in which he held roles in origination and management, responsible for raising billions of dollars of capital for clients in the below investment grade arena globally across loan, bond, and mezzanine products. These transactions related to client activity in the arenas of Leveraged Buyouts, Corporate Acquisitions and Recapitalizations as well as Growth Capital. At Salomon Brothers, he headed the High Yield Syndicate desk. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Hagerty headed the High Yield Capital Markets desk and also oversaw Loan Capital Markets and the Private Placement Group. He was head of the Leveraged Finance Operating Committee and was a member of the Mezzanine Investment Committee, and the Debt Markets Commitment Committee. Mr. Hagerty received a B.A. from Williams College. Mr. Hagerty serves on the Board of Trustees of the Peck School.
T. Jeremiah Healey
Mr. Healey is a partner of Healey Development LLC. Mr. Healey has been focused on Healey Development's expansion in commercial and residential real estate investment, with particular focus on tax-efficient investment strategies, including the development of dedicated platforms to invest in housing assets and net leased properties. He is also involved in a range of Healey Development's other additional private investment activities. Previously, Mr. Healey spent nearly 15 years investing in structured finance and real estate products for Eton Park Capital Management, R6 Capital Management, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse First Boston. He has a long-standing focus on commercial mortgages, having held roles in origination, trading, and principal investment, in addition to a focus on leveraged leases, REITs, and real estate operating companies. Mr. Healey was a founding member of R6 Capital, helping to lead that firm until its combination with Eton Park, and led the Real Estate Investments areas at both firms. Mr. Healey received a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
